Andreas Auernhammer c5be7d0d62 Replace ChaCha20Poly1305 implementation ...

Improve AEAD speed with slightly faster poly1305 implementation.
Avoid memory allocations whenever possible. (AEAD)
But currently missing AVX2 support.
